About Scott Gibson

I help websites make more sense.

To readers. To Google. To AI search systems. And, just as importantly, to the people who own them.

I’m Scott Gibson, an SEO Website Strategist based in Liepaja. I work with small businesses, local service companies, publishers, and site owners who know their website should be doing more.

More enquiries. More visibility. More trust. Less guesswork.

That is what ElegantW3 is built around.

Web • Writing • Results

Not three separate services stacked beside each other. One connected system.

Because a good website is not just a design. It is not just content. And it is definitely not a few keywords sprinkled across pages like parsley on a tired plate.

It needs structure. It needs clear writing. It needs proof that the work is moving the site somewhere useful.

That is where I work best.

I started with content. Then the websites taught me the rest.

My background is content creation.

I’ve written for publishers, businesses, niche websites, and commercial clients across sectors including real estate, team development, cruise travel, plant care, and local tourism.

I’ve contributed to BiggerPockets. I’ve written for FullTilt Team Development. I also run my own sites, including Queensferry.net and MyPlantFactor.

That last part changed how I work.

Writing content for someone else teaches you search intent. Running your own sites teaches you consequences.

If the structure is weak, you see it.

If internal links are lazy, you see it.

If two pages compete with each other, you see it.

If a good article sits inside a messy site, you see that too.

That is when the bigger lesson became obvious.

Content can’t do its best work when the website underneath it is fighting against it.

Why ElegantW3 exists

ElegantW3 comes from a simple idea.

Elegant, in the proper sense, does not mean fancy.

It means efficient. Clean. No wasted movement. Maximum output with minimum friction.

That is how I think websites should work.

A page should know why it exists. A menu should make sense. A blog post should belong somewhere. A service page should help people decide. A homepage should explain the business before the visitor starts squinting and guessing.

Search has changed, too.

Google is no longer the only audience. AI Overviews and answer engines now pull from pages that are clear, well-structured, and easy to understand.

That does not mean chasing every new search trend.

It means building websites that explain themselves properly.

The 3 W’s behind the work

At school, we learned the 3 R’s – reading, writing, and arithmetic.

What few SEO strategists and website designers don’t know is how the 3 W’s – Web, Writing, and Results – are key to successful websites.

ElegantW3 is built on three connected parts:

  • Web gives the site shape and structure.
  • Writing gives it meaning and focus.
  • Results prove whether the system works.

Most websites struggle when those three are treated separately. A designer builds the site. A writer adds the words. Someone else tweaks the SEO. Then the owner wonders why everything feels slightly disconnected.

I work across the join.

That is usually where the real problem is hiding.

How I Help Websites Grow

ElegantW3 brings together website design, site architecture, SEO content, AI search visibility, and practical growth fixes under one connected system.

FOCUS 01 · A Website That Feels Right

Website Design

I design websites that make the offer easier to understand, the next step easier to take, and the business easier to trust. Good design should calm the page down, not make people work harder.

FOCUS 02 · Cleaner Site Structure

Site Architecture

Pages need a job. Blog posts need a home. Internal links need a reason. I build cleaner structures so users, Google, and AI search systems can understand what belongs where.

FOCUS 03 · Stronger Search Content

SEO Content Strategy

I plan and write content around search intent, topic depth, and where each page fits inside the wider site. Not more content for the sake of it. Better placed content.

FOCUS 04 · More Trusted Authority

Authority Content

Useful content needs more than keywords. It needs examples, judgement, structure, and enough lived understanding to sound like it came from someone who has actually done the work.

FOCUS 05 · Designed for AI searches

AI Search Visibility

AI Overviews and answer engines reward clear structure, clean explanations, and extractable answers. I shape pages so they can be understood, cited, and trusted in modern search.

FOCUS 06 · Clearer Growth Priorities

Growth Audits & Webapps

Sometimes the problem is content. Sometimes it is UX, structure, weak CTAs, or a missing tool. I find the drag and build practical fixes, including lightweight webapps where they help.

Proof matters

I do not like vague SEO promises. But, hey, who does?

Most site owners have heard enough of those already.

My work is grounded in live sites, real pages, and visible results.

Queensferry.net has grown from a new local tourism project into a search-led site with over 52,000 impressions and 1,300 clicks across a recent three-month period.

FullTilt Team Development content has earned AI Overview visibility for team building queries.

MyPlantFactor gives me daily experience with niche publishing, AdSense, affiliate content, plant care search intent, site structure, and the small fixes that separate useful pages from thin ones.

ElegantW3 is where all that work comes together.

Not theory first.

Fieldwork first.

Who I work with

I work best with people who know their website has value, but also know it is not quite pulling its weight.

That might be a local service business with a decent site and weak enquiries.

A small business that needs a cleaner, sharper web presence.

A publisher with content that has grown messy over time.

An SEO client who needs structure, not another list of keywords.

Or a site owner trying to understand how AI search changes what good content now needs to do.

The common thread is simple.

You do not need noise. You need a clearer system.

How I work

I look at the site as a whole.

The structure. The pages. The content. The search intent. The design. The internal links. The CTAs. The way the site explains itself to people and search systems.

Then I look for the drag.

  • Where is the effort being wasted?
  • Which pages are doing too much?
  • Which pages are saying too little?
  • Where does the visitor hesitate?
  • Where does Google get mixed signals?
  • Where could AI search understand the answer faster?

That is the work.

Not louder websites.

Cleaner ones.

Work with ElegantW3

Send me the site. I’ll find the drag.

Sometimes the issue is content. Sometimes it is structure, design, AI search visibility, or a missing conversion path. I’ll look at the whole system and tell you where I’d start.
